Two A4 pages per unit, and the pair divides the way geography actually divides. Page one is the unit: the vocabulary a pupil must define, the facts they must hold, and one diagram built to be remembered. Page two is the exam: what they must be able to do, the misconceptions that cost marks, one worked answer marked so the difference is visible — and a box the science organisers have no room for.

That box is how the answer is built. Every unit names its command word and its tariff, then the moves in order, then the one move students leave out. Read the exemplars in any geography department's marking and the same thing comes back: the content was right and the answer still scored a third, because it was the wrong shape. A describe question that never names the anomaly. An evaluate that lists advantages instead of reaching a judgement. A comparison written as two descriptions in sequence. The shape is teachable, and this is where it is taught.

Board-neutral throughout. Nothing is written to one exam board's specification — the content traces to the Department for Education's own GCSE subject content, which every awarding body has to cover regardless of how it orders or labels it. Every one of the Department's fifteen appendix skill statements that Year 10 introduces is placed on a named sheet, in a named sentence.
