Cover of GCSE Geography — Revision Posters

**What it is.** 5 A3 posters, print-ready, every exam board.

**What it is for.** The geography room and the corridor outside it. Like the PE set, this one is the content itself rather than an account of how the subject is marked — the material a paper keeps returning to, drawn rather than listed.

**How it supports learning.** Four things on these sheets are drawn because they cannot be revised from a paragraph. Plate boundaries are set in cross-section with oceanic crust thin and dark and continental crust thick and pale, so it is visible why only one of them subducts. The conservative boundary is drawn from above rather than in section, because arrows pointing left and right across a section read as plates pulling apart. Grid references are worked on an actual grid with the tenths counted from the corner they are counted from. And on the Demographic Transition Model the gap between the birth-rate and death-rate lines is shaded, because that gap is the population change and it is the part students learn to recite without ever seeing.

Weathering and erosion are set side by side with the difference stated plainly, since using one word for the other is the most common error in the topic.
