The companion to the whole-course deck, but narrowed to one unit and taken deeper. Ten misconceptions across the four things Cell Biology actually asks of a student: what a microscope can and cannot resolve, why one plant cell has chloroplasts and another has none, what differentiation does and does not delete, how mitosis and meiosis are told apart, what cancer is, and the four ways a substance moves in or out of a cell.
Each slide carries the same four blocks: the myth as students actually say it, the truth in one paragraph, the key words with their exact definitions, and the line that gets rewarded in the exam. Behind each one sits a speaker note carrying the teaching move, then the sentence from the knowledge organiser that underpins it, so the substance is there without crowding the slide. The other three slides are the title, a page on how to run the deck, and a closing note on where the misconceptions came from.
None of the ten diagrams is reused from the whole-course deck. Where the two share a misconception, this one draws it differently and in more depth: the microscopy slide compares a light and an electron microscope against a real resolving-limit scale, and the surface-area slide works at organism scale, showing why an amoeba manages on diffusion alone and a large animal cannot.
