Year 11 Biology Scheme of Work
Sixty-three pages completing the two-year course. Year 10 was the organism; this is the population — the genome, inheritance, selection, ecosystems, and feeding a growing population out of them. The remaining fifty-two of the subject content’s one hundred and forty-three statements are taught here, and every one is mapped to the phase that teaches it. Seventeen separate-only statements are marked, the fifth half-term teaches no new content so it can be spent on diagnosis and technique, and the tiering page carries the arithmetic most departments never see.
