    **What it is.** 5 A3 posters, print-ready, every exam board.

    **What it is for.** The computer room. This is the subject where a paragraph is the worst possible way to explain anything, so nearly every idea here is a diagram rather than a description.

    **How it supports learning.** The place values are drawn as a real byte with the arithmetic underneath, and binary addition is worked with its carries so an overflow error has a visible cause rather than a definition. Every gate carries its symbol, its truth table, its Boolean expression and one place a student meets it — and because a question never gives a single gate, a two-gate circuit is worked through a six-column table. Bubble sort and binary search are both traced move by move, so the reason binary search wins on a long list can be counted rather than asserted.
