A twilight rather than an INSET-day slot, and better small — it works from six mentors to thirty, and everyone rehearses in front of someone they know.
The session is two files. The **slide deck** is what the room watches. The **facilitator pack** is what the person at the front holds: the run sheet, the handout, the cards mentors work from, what the induction tutor checks afterwards, and the follow-up. One is no use without the other, and neither needs anything made.
