Five pillars, one hour, and twenty minutes of it spent saying the words out loud.
The session is two files. The **slide deck** is what the room watches — thirty one screens timed to the hour. The **facilitator pack** is what the person at the front holds: the run sheet, the handout, the cards the staff work from, and the follow-up. One is no use without the other, and neither needs anything made.
